As a native Idahoan, I have seen this market change as more and more people are moving to the area and it's becoming ever evolving. With over 25 years real estate experience, I have worked with new home buyers, experienced buyers, sellers with farm and ranch properties and families that are moving here for the quality of life that the Treasure Valley has to offer.
